Make your own book from cover to cover!  Come prepared with a story, poem, or piece of writing, and develop it into a finished, bound book complete with cover illustration.  All materials needed to create your own Japanese-style stab binding book and relief-printed cover image are provided.  The rest is up to you!  The first class will include cover (and possibly interior) illustration design (i.e. carving your own stamp) and printing.  Second session we will assemble our books and add embellishments like hand-working, colophon, and any other attributes.

We can't believe it's almost time again for neighborhood festivals! WOW!
5th Annual St. Johns Bizarre - Call for Artisans!
Applications are now being accepted for the juried St Johns Bizarre which happens on Saturday May 14th, 2011. The deadline for all applications is March 31, 2011. Payment is due after acceptance. Prepare your shopping bags, the Arte Junque Sale is BACK! And like always, it's gonna be GREAT! We have filled our participant spaces and we have begun to arrange tables to fit all the WONDERFUL JUNQUE! This sale will run for TWO FULL WEEKENDS - ending Sunday, February 27.

Our tables are FULL of rubber stamps, 12x12 papers, beads, stickers, alphabets, embellishments, books, albums, paints, and more!
