If so, I invite you to spend the day envisioning what you want through reflection, writing, group activity, and movement that will aid you in the creation of a vision board that will get your mind, heart, and soul on board with your dreams.

What is a Vision Board? A vision board is a tool that not only propels you to declare what you want in your life, but creates a visual for your mind to ‘clear the cobwebs’ and for your mind to ‘get it’ that you are ready to plant, cultivate, and harvest the ‘dream seeds’ of 2012.

I provide all materials, but if you have images that are powerful please bring them. I include handouts and some light snacks. Do bring a sack lunch or you can visit the carts at lunch at 12th and Hawthorne.
