Our resident repairman will discuss with you proper care and cleaning of your machine, preventative maintenance as well as what to look for when purchasing a new or used sewing machine. Learn basic maintenance and trouble-shooting, as well as an overview of textiles, sewing machines and their technologies, including how to choose the right material and select proper needles, thread, feet and accessories for your projects. The question/answer and re-cap session at the end makes this a valuable class for those looking to purchase a sewing machine.
