Why so cheap? What's the catch?
There's no catch. We know that small businesses don't always have the cash to spend on advertising with the mainstream press outlets in town. So we wanted to create a more affordable alternative.

What do I get for $20.00?
You will appear in one of our weekly Handmade Holiday Alert email newsletters, which go out every Friday from November 2 through December 21. And your appearance will look a bit like this:

So it's more personal and more detailed than an ad. It's a fun way to present your product, and share something interesting about you and your business. We'll link to your online store, so people can buy your work.

What's more, each newsletter will contain up to five placements -- so yours won't get lost in too much information!

Who does this reach?
Our subscribership is over 600 local people, and growing every day. And they're all people who love handmade things, love our newsletters, and are looking for great holiday gifts. For twenty bucks, that's a large and highly-targeted audience.

  

When does my placement run?

You can choose which week your placement appears in the Alert. (That's first-come, first-served, by the way, so be sure and act now so you get the week you want!) And if you want to be in two newsletters, we'll even give you a deal: two placements for only $35.00.
