Non time-sensitive Punch List:
6) Can the fees show up in some other format? Right now, a $25.00 fee shows up as "25."
5) A Duplication function for event listings, that allow me to assign new dates to the duplicates, would me hugely helpful.
√ 4) Can the "minutes" scroll in the event form default to :30, so I don't have to scroll so much to enter a :00 time? (Meaning, right now, the default advances by 3-5 seconds every time I enter an event.) Besides, most events are at :00 or :30. Alternatively, could we just put a second :00 at the end of the list, so I'm never very far away from the option I need most?

√ 3) Can we get rid of the "Timezone" field in the event form -- or, at least lock it to Pacific US? All events listed will be in this time zone, so why select it from that massive list each time?
Jul-17: commented out all of the timezones in the code except Pacific. We can add zones back in as needed (requires code changes).
√ 2) Add "fee" box to the event form.
Jul-17: added "Cost" field, decimal number, to "DIY Event" node type.
√ 1) In the "Upcoming Events" list at left, why do they all say "content-single_event"? Can they stop? :-)
Jul-17: removed this from the events.theme module component.
